In the 1960s, Breitling created the Slow Motion watch to meet the needs of water-based activities including scuba diving. It had all the performance divers needed without nonessential features. Its clear-cut design featured clean lines, luminescent indexes, squared-off hands and a high-contrast dial ring for maximum visibility. This watch was the perfect balance of performance and style.
The practicality of the Superocean is clear. Yet, its aesthetic beauty captivated the public. This new timepiece reinterprets the popular design of the Slow Motion, with modern features, like a ceramic-inlayed bezel and colorful dials. Hands and indexes illuminated in Super-LumiNova® facilitate underwater reading. Waterproof up to 300m (1000 ft) and resistant to shock, sand, and saltwater, the bronze model utilizes a corrosion-resistant alloy that will develop a unique patina over time.
This Superocean watch features a folding clasp on the rubber and metal bracelet that adjusts up to 15 mm, making it ideal to wear over rash guards and wetsuits. The uni-directional or bi-directional scratch-proof ceramic bezel completes this watch that is perfect for diving, surfing, or even a night out. Its nostalgic heritage design is updated with a modern look that will never fade or wear.

Free UK Delivery On All Orders
We are proud to offer free UK delivery on all orders placed on our website. Robert Gatward Jewellers currently only operates and supplies to the United Kingdom.
Orders placed before 12pm Tuesday – Friday will be dispatched the same day (stock permitting). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday through to Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday. If there is a specific day that you would like to receive your order, please let us know as soon as you have placed your order and we will try our best to accomodate.
Orders that total £100 or more will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders that total less than £100 will be posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Delivery (1-2 working days). Although we cannot guarantee next day delivery with this service we have found that the majority of these orders arrive the next working day, in some cases including Saturday.
